"Basic but clean and tidy. We were greeted by a guy who I think came straight from the Munsters, and who we quickly named 'Lurch'. Not a great attitude and seemed confused that we had a booking. An angry sounding phone call ensued to the owner, and we we then herded to our room. A few minutes later the owner found us to give us our key, and found she was lovely :) Very close to the river which is..."
